Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Unworn items with tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Wrong size received
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Different from product description

Not Eligible

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Items returned after 7 days
How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us

Email us at orders@godsplan.clothing with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Include photos if the item is defective.

Get Approval

We'll review your request within 24-48 hours and send you a return authorization if approved.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Use the return shipping label we provide or ship using a trackable method.

Receive Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If paid via UPI or net banking, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Exchanges: Free shipping on exchange orders
